$25 Deposit Policy Online Booking – Art of Rejuvenation Spa

To respect the time of both our clients and staff, Art of Rejuvenation Spa requires a $25 deposit to be placed on file at the time of booking.

This is not an upfront charge, but rather a card hold to secure your appointme

Your card will only be charged under the following circumstances:

No-Show: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
Late Arrival: Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, which may result in cancellation due to time constraints.

This policy helps ensure availability and respect for everyone’s time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge.

Please Note About Payments and Deposits

All payments made online and in person when reserving your appointment using a credit or debit card will include a 3.5% + $0.15 processing fee per transaction through square.

If you wish to avoid this fee, alternative payment options are available and can be discussed over the phone or in person before when booking and after your appointment when you pay for your service.
